Marketing Operations Analyst
Zilliant is a SaaS company on a mission to eliminate Pricing Anxiety and turn pricing into a strategic advantage for our customers. Guided by our values—People First, Trust, Accountability, Impact, and Innovation—we deliver intelligent solutions that align teams, build confidence, and drive sustainable growth. We know our business is about more than just software—it’s about the people who power it, from our dedicated team to the customers we serve.
Zilliant is looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Marketing Operations Analyst to join our Marketing team. As a Marketing Operations Analyst, you will own and optimize the systems, processes, and data that power our marketing engine. This role is critical to ensuring clean data, streamlined workflows, and strong alignment between marketing and sales. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Business Systems teams and report directly to the Sr. Director, Demand Generation.
What You’ll Do:
- Own day-to-day administration of Marketo and Salesforce, including campaign setup, field management, sync integrity, and user support
- Audit and optimize the Marketo–Salesforce integration, improving data flow, lifecycle stages, routing logic, and attribution accuracy
- Build and enhance lead lifecycle programs, scoring models, nurture flows, and automated processes that improve conversion and efficiency
- Maintain campaign tracking frameworks and ensure accurate, reliable attribution reporting
- Lead database cleanup initiatives, including deduplication, normalization, enrichment, and suppression management
- Establish and enforce data quality standards through validation rules, documentation, and ongoing monitoring processes
What You Won’t Do:
- Operate in “maintenance mode” – this role is focused on continuous improvement and scalable growth
- Spend your time pulling one-off reports without driving insights and process enhancements
- Work in isolation – you’ll be a key cross-functional partner influencing how marketing and sales operate
Who You Are:
- A systems thinker who naturally looks for ways to improve processes and eliminate inefficiencies
- A data steward who takes pride in clean, structured, and actionable information
- A proactive problem-solver who can identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions
- A collaborative partner who communicates clearly across technical and non-technical teams
- Detail-oriented but able to see the bigger picture of revenue impact
What You’ll Need:
- 3+ years of experience working hands-on in Salesforce and Marketo (or comparable marketing automation platform)
- Proven experience streamlining workflows, improving lead management processes, and cleaning CRM data
- Strong understanding of marketing-to-sales funnel mechanics, lifecycle stages, and campaign attribution
- Experience building reports and dashboards in Salesforce
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
What You’ll Enjoy:
- Full benefits package including medical, dental, and 401k plans with a company match
- Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) policy to ensure a solid work/life balance
- Monthly Zilliant Zen Days to rest and recharge
- Comprehensive parental leave to provide time to bond with new family members
- Volunteer Time Off (VTO) policy to give back and contribute to your local community
- Remote or Hybrid work schedule, depending on team and personal preferences
- The financial and strategic backing of Madison Dearborn Partners (MDP)
